In short
- No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising cookies.
- Fonts, images and the map are served from our own server in Germany (Hetzner).
- Server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) are kept for 14 days for security.
- Form enquiries are stored in our customer system to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our team is notified by e-mail and via Telegram (processing outside the EU, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); we confirm receipt via WhatsApp or e-mail.
- Anonymous visitor statistics on our own server only with your consent (cookie cs_sid).
- Necessary storage: consent cookie, language cookie, watch list, reservation basket, dismissed notices.
